Dependant Status for Tier 2 ICT to General change

Hi,

I need some advise

I have changed my Tier 2 ICT (Valid until 2015) to tier 2 General in UK this month. My Wife and Kid are in India since May and they still have ICT dependant Visa. Now if they want to join me

Will they need to reapply Visa in India as Tier 2 G dependant again.
or
They can continue in old Tier 2 ICT dependant Visa?
