Tier 1 general - number of days outside UK

HI,

I am currently on Tier 1 general visa. I do not have ILR yet. Could you please tell me how many days I can stay out of UK so that there will not be any issues during my visa extension. Also, if you could provide the link in UKBA website for the same, it would be great. Many thanks.
