Nationality for Permanant Resident

Post by zethi » Sun Jul 21, 2013 8:48 pm

My parents have an indefinite leave to remain in the UK. Which they got in August 2011. They have been in this country since November 2008, i.e. when I sponsored them as my dependant.
Please can someone tell me when they will be legible for applying for Citizenship or Naturalisation? Which one should we be applying for?? And how much will the cost be? And how long does the process take??

If they are not the spouse or civil partner of a British citizen then after being resident in the UK for 5 years and having ILR for at least 12 months as well as meeting the other standard requirements (click). They need to naturalise on form AN.
