Tier 2 Gen Outside UK Application Document Check list

Hi Gurs,

Could you please let me know what are all the documents I need to prepare myself before going to apply from India .

Currently I got COS from my Sponsor and im applying for 2135 and I done my Btech-CSE from JNTU Hyd.

Currently I have the below documents for Tier-2 general applying from from india

1) Sposnorship letter (RLMT done and it is restricted cos-2135 SOC code , salary >33000gbp 40 hours)
2) Funds maintenece supported by my employer n ticked in COS
3) JNTU Hyderabad Degree certificate (listed in PBS caluculator to cover english language requirement)
4) Passport
5) experience letters from previous employers
6) Tax returns from last two years
7) Self-assessment for points-based calculator
IOM Certificate showing no Tuberculosis
9) Photos
10) Covering letter
11) POINTS BASED SYSTEM APPENDIX 5 (APRIL 2013)

applying on 30-07-2013 please let me know if i need to keep any other documents than this.
