Urgently Hellp applying tier 1 E Visa

hi everybody, i need help to applying the visa tier 1 E visa, i have 50K in my personal account and maintenance in other account and i have 3 dependant. currently i am psw i have apply in end of November 2013, or beginning of December, i have IT degree, i just discuss about my business plane.

my plane is IT consultant job title( and i have a experience in this field)
i just to know that how to open the company and how to prepare other documents for this job title, and what documents require,
please help me as as possible i have short time to register the business, thanks
