Urgently Hellp applying tier 1 E Visa

hi everybody,
i need Urgently help for applying the tier 1 E visa for psw route, i have 50k in my personal account and maintenance in other account, and 3 dependant applying same time, i have to apply the visa in end of November or beginning of December 2013, i have Master IT degree from University, i need to help in business register and other documents,
my plane is IT consultant job title( i have a experience in this field)
i want to know i register the business same job title or its should be different name,
and how to register company and which documents require . please help me i have short time to register the business, thanks i will be wait your response.
