stamp4EUfam after divorce in another country

hello guys,

i just wanna ask a question, i have visa valid until 2018 stamp4EUfam, the thing is the mother and me get divorce, we was married in hungary so the the divorce will be valid there, but not valid in ireland until i register that.

we have a guy born ireland and had EU nationality .

i was married per 1 year and 6 months, i wanna know what need do in this case, go to imigration and say we not together anymore? just wait finish my visa?, i am support her and baby because she dont have job, she told me here in ireland if you apply for divorce need be separated at least for 5 years that is true?

can i continue with my stamp and stay with my child?

yeah we was married in hungary, and i sign the divorce there.

so how can i proceed in this case? what should do here in ireland?

my child born in ireland, but he cannot get irish nationality because both parents need be here at least 3 years constantly so he has hungary nationality .
