What has Benefits got to do??

Post by VR » Mon Jul 22, 2013 2:29 pm

ChristianoRonaldo,

How does the above impact time lines? Please clarify. Also I am sure they will not tell you that the application will be delayed if you belong to a different country. Though it is a know fact that for certain ''risky'' countries they take a bit longer and do additional checks.

How ever your benefits question is baffling!! Where does it say if a person is on benefits he will be made to wait 4 months longer? or where does benefits come against and application for BC?

Please clarify...

I have just checked, there is no question on the form AN about benefits, or indeed about Public Funds.

So why Christianoronaldo are you asking about benefits? The relevance?
John

Some applications do take 6 months, after 6 months you can approach your MP to help chase.
