Got ILR today : My feedback for croydon PEO service

Post by rohanp » Mon Jul 22, 2013 2:26 pm

Hi,
Thanks everyone in this forum . I got ILR BRP today after applying in Croydon PEO.( In person)

My Overall experience for Croydon PEO was less than okay. Guy who took my application did not seem to be a professional.
He lost my one of photograph but handed it to the case worker later on.
He was not paying attention to the written form and was blindly filling up information in his computer. I later confirmed him that I want my BRP to be delivered to my Office address not to home address. He apologized for that mistake.
He did not even checked the documents what am I submitting. He just told whatever you have just submit it. Which was kind of strange for me.

and finally, My BRP card , which was supposed to be delivered securely after checking my photo ID and all, was probably delivered to some random person in office. Even the office receptionist was not aware of it. Someone told me that I have got parcel lying in delivery box. Even the delivery from normal stores like amazon is much more managed than this. I never missed any mail at my office address except this one.

I had done my Tier-1 extention, 2 years ago, in Cardiff centre. Guys were professionals. Not a single glitch. He in fact had checked my documents that what am I submitting and verifying if any document if am I missing , in front of me. Delivery of ILR in my office was secure and photo Id card was demanded before taking signatures and handing over the parcel to me.

But croydon seems to be very different and little careless.

HI mate, nevertheless, you got your ILR. congrats. I can understand your concern considering that we pay around 1500 for this service. But hey look on the bright side, this is your last ever visa renewal :) Enjoy
