RMLT

Please can someone confirm at which stage is RMLT (Resident Market Labour Test) done. Is this before assigning CoS? and who does RMLT?

I'm looking to switch from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 general. My new company has applied for Sponsorship licence and should have it soon.

It's RLMT, not RMLT. This needs to be done by the employer before they assign the certificate.

Also, there are restrictions on going from ICT to General - so make sure you're allowed to apply before sending the application.
