Hi , everyone. I have granted my ilr on long stay residency on April 2013 . My wife granted flr(m) on June 2013 . He is living with me as my depended last four year . Before she was tier1 general dependent . I was tier 1 general visa. Would any one kindly tell me is she eligible for ilr now...pls advice me.

Yes she should be by virtue of immigration rule 287(a)(i)(d) on form set(m) subject to meeting the other requirements.

I have booked an appointment for my wife . She is going to apply for ilr on set m . My question is she done her esol with citizenship on February 2013. Is it still valid .. Pls any body let me know ... And it would be great help if anyone give some idea of the documents which I need to show them ... Thank u very muchhhh
