Hi everyone,
I am director of the limited company and applying for tier 1 extension by PEO.
I am taking salary and dividend through my limited company, for one of the month I have taken salary twice i.e on 10th of January £ 750 and 25th of the January same month £800.
I am showing this both amount in one salary slip as a salary for January as £ 1550. (£750+800)
The salary is credited to the personal account as £ 750 and £800, but the salary slip is showing £1550.
I need your advice and guidance will this create any problem for visa extension
Rest of all the salary figures are in line with the salary slip and exactly match both business bank account and personal account except this one.
Can expert please help me if this creates a problem and what’s the recommendation from your side

My accountant letter is not showing these two individual transaction but showing only one transaction for the amount £1550 as per salary slip, my worry is it won’t match the bank statement as bank statement has two individual transaction.
What to do in this case. ?

I have my appointment at Birmigham Sollihul PEO. In my accountant letter I have added the line as ‘ the salary for the month of January is taken in two parts £750 and £800 totalling to £1550’ and this has been signed by my accountant.
Will that not help to the case worker ??

Do you really need this amount £1550 for your visa ext? Can't you just avoid the month of Jan completely? to keep it simple?

@ Hussain – I really don’t require the amount to show for the visa ext, but point is as I need to show the salary for the consecutive periods…will missing between the month is fine ?
Secondly as the salary is credited to my personal bank account with transaction detailing as ‘Salary’ case worker may ask more questions if I do not show it .
@ mrehanashraf – I have added the dates as well along with the amount in the covering letter signed by accountant.
As the amount is figuring on company and personal bank statement I am thinking to show the salary slip rather than not showing it at all. I am better off if case worker on its on discretion won’t consider the amount for the points calculation because I have sufficient points
