ILR success at Crydon(WP+Tier2)

Post by dk2011 » Tue Jul 23, 2013 1:33 pm

I would like to thank everyone in this forum from bottom of my heart for guiding and helping me in preparing my ILR application. This forum is amazing and it’s definitely doing a great service.
I provided only those documents which are required for ILR on the basis of WP+TIER.
For list of documents please check http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=139276.
No questions were asked and it was approved within 30 minutes of status change form ‘Awaiting consideration’ to ‘Under consideration’
Now will apply for my dependents.
My wife was absent for considerable period of time due to maternity.
09-Nov-2011 To 10-Dec-2010 (In UK)
11-Dec-2010 To 16-May-2012(Maternity : Total absence 526 days)
17-may-2012 onwards she is in UK.
Have seen many successful applications for dependent ILR where they had considerable absence. Have got confirmation also from Amber , Ishwarch and tahirnaveed(Guided me to read posts from Vinny) that it shouldn’t be a problem. I’ve decided to take the risk.
Thanks to all and special thanks to all those who helped me!
Happy to help with related queries.
All the best to prospective applicants!
