BNO passport holder and Life in the UK test.

My wife will be applying for British citizenship..

I heard that BNO passport holder is exempt from Life in the UK test ...

If applying for registration as BC (form BOTA), LIUK is not required.

She has BNO passport and Nepalese passport with ILR visa stamped..and she has in the UK for 3 years..

I really don't know which form to use as well..

It depends on the route for citizenship she would choose to use.

If applying for naturalisation as a spouse of a BC (after living in the UK for 3 years) using form AN, then LIUK is required.

If applying for registration (after living in the UK for 5 years) using form BOTA, then LIUK is not required.
