Urgent Help Needed - Passport Application Name Change Probl

I just bk from the post office doing the passport check and send services.

The issue is with the countersignature of my name.

I changed my name in 2012 from name A to B(but never has actually used the new name), but the countersignature person only know me as A from 5 years ago, so when he filled his section, he put my old name which is A in it.

The post office check and send person think that he should put my new name (name B)in it, but she is not very sure, as she said, this is the first time she came across this issue.

I got my naturalization certificate today, and it was my old name on it.(name A)

In the passport app, I put the new name in the first part, and the old name in the "pervious used name" is that not correct

Post office women said they can send it, but this(countersignture person know me as old name) might cause issue as they are not sure.

My question is will this cause problems?

People has been telling me that, I can apply the 1st passport by using the new name, no need to change it on the certificate.



So the document I am going to submitted is : 1)nau certificate 2)passport app 3)picture one of it signed 4)my deed pool name change document.
