Requesting information on dependant ILR

Post by raomvj » Tue Jul 23, 2013 10:23 pm

Hi friends,

My apologies if I am asking the repeated question. My ILR along with my wife is due in October 2014. My wife needs to go to India for 2 months next month. Should she stay here continuously 2 yr without any break?

I know as a main applicant I cannot be outside the UK for more than 180 days in any 12 consecutive month. Is there any similar rule for dependant?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks
Rao

There is no limitation per se, not 180 or 90 days for PBS/spouse deps, rather, the absences should be limited and for good reason.
