Delay in processing of indefinite leave to remain (SET(O))

Post by usmanmsa1 » Wed Jul 24, 2013 12:27 am

Hi,

I applied for indefinite to leave to remain (SET(O)) about 8 and a half months ago, I still haven't received it. I have called home office and they say it's still in progress.

Is there any way to know how much more time the application is likely to take?

Is there any complaint procedure or anything that can speed up the processing?

Thanks,

Amber

Contact your local MP and ask her/him to chase.

You can go for a JR stating an unreasonable delay when it's over 6months.
