Can you get a NOC for settlement visa from estate agent

Hi,

I am applying for my wife's settlement visa. I need to provide a no objection letter stating that the landlord has no objection for wife to come and live in the property.

Is it sufficient if I provide the letter from the estate agent. It is not possible for me to get the letter from the landlord.

Has anyone provided these kind of letters from estate agents ?
