Showing funds for family visit

Post by Robin_Jain » Wed Jul 24, 2013 9:22 pm

Hi

My parents are planning to apply for a family visit VISA and their VISA was rejected 2 years back as not satisfactory with the funds shown by sponsored company.

This time my father got money 5 lakhs from my uncle who owe us long back and it was maintained for 3 weeks until now.

I would like to know about

1) How much do we need to show (Does it matter if we show more)

2) Do we need to mention any whereabouts of where we got the money from. (Shall we write down something like my uncle took from us for his business expansion long back and gave us back now)

On top of that my sister is here and her Entrepreneur visa was rejected and went for an appeal ( August 23rd)

Do they actually look into my sisters details as well while considering their application as last time when it was rejected they are planning to come for her graduation

I was also thinking what will happen if we don't mention anything about last time rejection and nothing about my sister.

Please advise about the funds and adding my sisters name in the application where it says "where children are living right now".

I really appreciate any kind of help in this matter.

Thanks a lot
