Traffic offence outside UK

Posting this on ILR forum as it relevant for ILR too and hoping for more responses and experiences.

Hi,

I received a penalty for a red light camera offence in the US.
I didn't have to go to the court and I paid the fine online. There were no points on my driving license and this type of violation information is not passed to the insurance companies.

The concern is that the fine came through a court ( which is the normal way there).

Such violations are not criminal offences and it doesn't affect the driving records there.


Should I declare this violation in my application ?
