visa refused

visa refused on the ground we haven't sent the English certificate. I only got the certificate afterwords. college said they will send a letter requiring that but now I got a letter saying it's refused.

What can I do ? college is saying to do a paper appeal but it's expensive for a family.

Any one have any idea

Appeal will not be helpful in your case, its better to re apply straight away and this time with your English language certificate.
