Visa TIER 1 (GENERAL) Dependent.

Post by fybay » Fri Jul 26, 2013 11:16 am

Hi,

I have a query regarding my visa, as i am on a TIER 1 (General) dependent visa and i was granted that visa on 4th Jan 2012 till 23rd Nov 2013.

I entered UK on the 2nd of March 2012.

My husband's visa is also expiring on the same date that is 23rd Nov 2013 and he is applying for ILR in October.

The problem is that my 2 year period would complete in January 2014, therefore i need to apply for dependent visa or FLR for extension.

i am confused if i should apply for Dependent again or should go for FLR.

If I go for FLR would that make my ILR extended to 5 year requirement?

Many Thanks.
