I am on Tier1 dependent and wife on a Tier 1. Me and my wife are due for our ILR in September. Around 3 years back, my dad and mum came to to visit my family and then my dad fell ill, he was diagnosed with cancer here in UK and left for India, my wife and mom went with him with our daughter (born here). My wife during that time was on maternity leave and could leave with my dad immediately . I was working here and could not leave with them, I left for home around 40 days later after sorting things here. I was in India for around 4 weeks with my family caring for my dad but my dad passed away. After the funeral I returned back to work in UK. But my wife stayed back in India to sort out the visa for my daughter and then came to UK. In total she was outside UK for around 79 days in stretch. She was on a maternity leave during the said period. I can get the relevant medical report and death certificate.

Problem is that my wife was outside UK while I was in uk, would this cause a problem with our ILR. Just scared and upset if this would affect our ILR application. Please seniors and Gurus please reply and advice.

Sorry to hear about your Father. Don't worry about the absences, limited absences for good reason, of which this clearly was, is acceptable. A copy of the death certificate would be good to include just to cover all eventualities.
