I am Planning to Apply for Long residence (PR) 10 years in total as 7 years under student visa and 3 years under non EEA family.
My EEA Visa is finished on March 2015
I got married since DEC 2009 and for some reason she ask for the divorce since may 2013. So can you please advise
first which form to use
second which document can i supply to the HOME OFFICE
A m realy need your help

If you completed 10 years for ILR then the time you spent under EU route you will need the evidences regarding the treaty rights of EU national. Otherwise can apply another EEA2 RC based on retention of rights. But in both cases the demonstration of treaty rights of EU partner is imperative.

If your EEA national partner was worker then her P60s/employer letter will be needed for the period you lived under EEA route. If the mode of treaty right is different than worker than the documents as shown on EEA2/EEA4 will be needed to cover such time.

divorce from an EEA national

I got married on 2nd of December 2009
Start Divorce on 19th of November 2012
and got the the decree absolute May 2013
I see that the divorce have to be three years immediately before the divorce process started
can you plz tell me what that s mean exactly and if i a m in trouble
