Hello
So after a long loooong wait, my spouse visa appeal turned out in my favour. After the necessary processing times, I received a call to submit my passport along with my husband's passport copy. This I did, on 11 July 2013 and received an acknowledgement slip.
I received a letter today dated 4 July 2013 (dispatched on 12 July 2013) stating that I may now submit my passport along with a copy of my husband's passport, the letter itself AND an original sponsorship undertaking form.
I had submitted the sponsorship undertaking form back in July 2012, when I first applied. My husband is a resident of the UK with an ILR. Unfortunately, I was refused a visa and hence, the appeal.
Why was I not asked to submit my Sponsorship undertaking form when I got a call to submit my passport after the appeal decision? Is it because they already have it on their records? Will it be an issue now that I have already submitted my passport without this form?
