Request SAR would the best start, jalsaqla wrote:Hello Everyone,
I have been in the UK for 9 years now.
I first entered the country in August 2004.
I spent 6 years on a student visa, 2 years on a psw visa and 1 year on a Tier 1 general visa.
This means I should be eligible next year to apply for ILR.
However, in 2011 my passport was stolen while I was on holiday.
This means that all the visas in the stolen passport are lost!
It also means that I don't know the exact entry/departure dates into the UK which would make it difficult to prove that I haven't been outside the country for more than 540.
In addition, since this has been a long time ago, I don't have any of the flight ticket information to get my departure/entry dates.
Could you please advice me what's the best way to move forward with this? I need specific advice on my departure/entry dates. Should I estimate those dates? What should I do?
Yes tickets but if not evidence to show you were in the UK, I.e., bank statements, bills, wage slips etc....jalsaqla wrote:Thanks for all your advice.
However, whats the best way to prove my in and out of the UK dates?
Landing cards should provide me with the dates into the UK. But what about out dates?
