Expired passport applying for BC

Post by Blondie » Sat Jul 27, 2013 1:29 pm

Hi All,

I have an appointment with the NCS in few weeks time (applying as the spouse of a British Citizen). I have all my old passports and visas (since 2003) but my latest passport expired in May 2013 with my ILR vignette (acquired in 2012) in it.

Besides the documents as mentioned in the UKBA Guide AN, do I need to include any other documents to cover the qualifying period from my passport expiry date, May 2013 - August 2013 (appointment with the NCS)?

If so, will P60, payslips, bank statements be sufficient? Or do I still need a letter from my employer confirming that I'm still working for them?

Thank you.

Payslips will normally do.
