Sponsor License

Hi,

I am working in a company as an Engineer on my PSW (expiring next year May 2014). My question are:

1-For my company to get a sponsor license what is an estimated cost and how long does it take to get the license?

2- Am I eligible to stay in UK (once my PSW expires) while my company's sponsor license application is in process?

A licence application doesn't extend your right to be here.
