first of all thank you to read my post.


I(non eu) have applied for the spouse visa 3 months a go suddenly my wife(british citizen) aunty died in terrible accident and my wife(british citizen) wanted to travel to france, if we ask for her passport back from home office it will be a withdrawal of the spouse visa application or not? and what is the procedure and how long does it take.
