Tier 1(G) Dependent Visa - Outside UK

Hi Guys,

I have a question, please help me..

I'm getting married at the end of August 2013 and thinking of applying dependent visa in the same month. I came to know that all the dependent visa application form should be filled online and then take print of it.

My question is..

Can I fill the application form and book the submission date before getting married ?
