Visitor Visa For UK

Greetings,

I am a British citizen born here and lived here all my life. My girlfriend is Moroccan. I would like to arrange for her to visit me in the UK for about 3 months. I need a visitor visabut how do I do this ? The British Embassi in Rabat is unhelpful.
