Spouse Visa question

I have a few questions hoping somebody can shed some light:-

First Q - Application was made pre 9th July 2013 2 year spouse visa issued from Pakistan when will my husband be able to apply for indefinite leave??

Is it after two years or will it be after 6 years???

He will be considered under the Old Rules. He can apply after 24 months.
