Studying on Tier 2 - Fee status?

Post by silverchloride » Mon Jul 29, 2013 1:35 pm

Does anyone have any experience of studying part-time on Tier 2 with regards to fee status? If someone has spent more than 3 years in the UK on a work-permit, can they be eligible to pay home-fees, which is significantly lower than the international one?

Any experience / thoughts / advise on this will be much appreciated.

Best Regards,
S
