PSW VISA TO ENTREPRENEUR..WORTH APPLYING NOW ?

HI FRIENDS,

I AM CURRENTLY ON PSW EXPIRING FEB 2014. I AM READING A LOT OF POSTS ON THIS FORUM. I AM MBA IN BUSINESS STRATEGY WORKING AS SENIOR IT CONSULTANT.

I AM WONDERING SHOULD I APPLY NOW FOR THIS VISA ? I DONT HAVE FULL FUNDS SO I AM LOOKING FOR A RELIABLE PARTNER ALSO.

I ALREADY HAVE A REGISTERED BUSINESS AND I AM THE DIRECTOR... BUT MY COMPANY IS NOT NEW AND IS ALMOST 1 YEAR OLD. I AM INFORMED BY PEOPLE NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY AND OPEN NEW ONE ?

I AM TRYING TO DECIDE BASED ON HOW MUCH TIME IS THIS VISA TAKING NOW FOR PEOPLE WHO APPLIED IN FEB, MARCH, APRIL 2013 ?

AM I TOO LATE NOW ? KINDLY ADVICE>

Some new visa applicants got their visa in lesser than one month, so you are not late if you will submit your visa form and docs before or on Feb 2014.
If you are going to form up new company, you will need to have at least one contract and you need to submit docs in within 3 months from the business establishment.
