Restricted COS Maintenance Question

Hi everyone.
I would like to thank everyone here in this community, I always find answers and great advice in this forums.
My question is simple. I'm currently applying for a Tier 2 (general) visa from outside the UK. After completing this resident labour market test, my employeer is ready to apply for a restricted CoS and assign it to me. Before doing it I would like to know how this maintenance thing works. I know I wouldn't have to show any evidence if my employeer tick the box in the SMS certifying that they would maintain me the first month, but apart from it, do they need to show anything else? Do they need to show that maintenance money when asked about my salary/allowances at the moment o assigning my Certificate of Sponsorship or just with ticking that box will be enough and no further evidence will be needed?
