On Tier 2 General. Can I work extra?

Hi All,

I have a Tier 3 valide for 3 years. I am working full-time 37 hrs a week.

Can I work extra per week for example tutoring?

Will I have to notify Home Office?

Hi,

Thank you for the link. It says on there that the work must be at the same sector and professional level. How can I find out if mine would be the same sector?

I will be working as an FE lecturer and private tutor (Education). Are these in the same sector?

Since I will be doing a biology tutoring, is this classed as a private tutor and SOC code 2319?

Also, will tutoring classed as self-employed? If it is, then can I still work as a private tutor?
