croydon home office experience

dear all,
I had a appointment on friday 26th july at 12.40pm.I reached there before one hour.My representative arrived at 12.10 pm.We entered the home office at 12.15pm.we showed our appointment confirmation to the security.Then we went to first counter and i showed my appointment paper and my 100 pounds advanced acknowledgement receipt.We checked thoroughly as they do it in airport.We advised to go to 2nd floor.We ggot a ticket number.We waited there and after five minutes i had been called to go to the one of counter for payment.I paid my fees and again started waiting.there were big screen where you can see your ticket number displayed.in first hour the processing time was slow.we waited her about 40 minutes for next call.

They called me to register my file to another counter.I went there and submitted my file and the lady checked my photo etc.after finishing we went to finger print section.i did it quickly.

Then it started waiting for consideration.It was about 2.00 pm.as it was friday we went to the mosque for juma prayer.we arrived in home office at 3.30pm.i saw my case was under consideration.
about 4.00 pm they called me to collect my file.i was little bit nervous.my representative went to counter and collect it.
i found a paper that they gave me ilr.we then left home office.

i think it takes at least 3 hours to make a decision.in the office u will get food shop,fersh room and also prayer room.
