2 different hearing dates for team

Hi friends and immigration experts,

Applied T1 entrepreneur on 16/11/2012 as a part of team me and my friend
funds are in india (30k in my friends father account and 20k in my mother's account).
bio metric 28/11/2012
received changes of rules applied to you application letter from ukba 13/03/2013
received refuse letter on 13/05/2013 for my friend (date on letter 02/05/2013)
received refuse letter for me on 17/05/2013 (date on letter 02/05/2013)
reason (1 not mention our names on bank letter
2 no email id and phone number in contract letter)
Appeal on 16/05/2013 my friend
appeal on 18/05/2013 for me

hearing date on 02/10/2013 for my friend
hearing date for me is 04/02/2014 both are in glasgow

my question is

1) is there any chance to attach my case as well along with my friend hearing ? or is there any chance to prepone my hearing date??

2) how can we show funds if our appeals are in different months like (my friend got the visa what will happen to my appeal) how will I show the funds of remaining £30k in my friends father account?? Will there b any problem at the time of my hearing date?

3)if my friend visa is rejected can I withdraw my appeal n go for fresh application?

4)What r the chances of winning my case?? Because after waiting like 1year n 4 months I will b mad to reapply again??


5) if my friend got visa then at the time of my hearing date will they ask if my friend has started business? Or will we need to show the business progress ??

6) what if my visa is rejected will I have any chance off reapplying again??

7) if my appeal was rejected my count of 10 years will it b broken? Will I b not considered for ILR in later days??

Please advice me and help me regarding my issues.
