ilr dependants visa for - wife + 2kids(twins)

Hi I got ilr recently through 5 year route.i need to apply visas for my wife and 2 kids from india. they are coming to uk first time ,they dont have any uk visa till now , kids are 1 year old .
can any help me please?
1. Do i need to apply for uk NARIC certificate for my wife ?
2. Do i need to submit sponcership undertaking form ?
3. VAF4A + Apeendix2 is this 2 forms enough to submit ?
