hi i am ali i am doing my master from Northampton uni.my wife and son r with me and they r on dependent visa, we come to UK in September 2012 our visa are expiring in January 2014.i have some queries.pls help me.
when i came to UK at that time my course NQF level was 7 as i have to bring my family and we applied from outside UK.
now someone can tell me i have to take admission in NQF level 7 or i can take admission in low NQF level course as my dependents r already in UK?
whether I have established presence?
how much maintenance fund i have to show?
now i m interested in ACCA can i do it?
