ILR FORM

Hi everyone,

I am an EEA Family member card holder.
I would like to apply for an ILR but i don't know which form i should use.
Is that SET(O) or SET(M) ?
Your help needed.

Are you applying based on 10 years residence in the UK?

If ILR on 10 years basis then Set (LR). If PR equivalent to ILR than EEA4 form.

I have been told that I need to get ILR for 1 year then I can apply for British Passport.
