Accommodation Requirements for Tier 2 Dependent visa

Post by chaitu.sunkara » Tue Jul 30, 2013 10:26 pm

Hi,

My wife will be applying for a Tier 2 dependent visa this August. I currently live in UK in a shared accommodation (a double room in a double BR flat). Have been living at this place for more than three years. My landlord is happy to allow her at this place. However, we have never entered into a formal agreement anytime during my stay. Would a No objection letter from the landlord and my bank statement having this address on it be sufficient as a proof of accommodation?

Regards,
Chaitanya

I will say having been through a similar situtation, make a contract and get it signed from landlord previously dated.
also attach the NOC from landlord
and attach bank statement, and u should be fine.
It is aceptable to live in shared accomodation with ur partner.
