HCL Tickets at counter

Hi

I understand that when submitting an OCI application at the HCL counter, first you must get a ticket.

I need to submit two applications - should I get 2 tickets or just one ticket?

This may seem pedantic but I know hte HCL are very particular about there processes so some advice would be helpful.
