Form SET (0)

Please can anyone tell me if the section 7.11 on the form SET (0) means i.e.
7.11 How long have you lived in the UK?

does it mean the number of years since I entered into the UK as a student (which should be 7 years) or the number of years since I started on Work Permit Visa for which I am making this application.

As this application is based on the work permit leading to ILR, so the period you will count starts from when you got your WP.
