PhD level occupations

This may sound stupid, but do you actually need to have a PhD or do you just need one of the following jobs to be classified as having a PhD level job?

Occupations skilled to PhD level SOC 2010
2111 Chemical scientists
2112 Biological scientists and biochemists
2113 Physical scientists
2114 Social and humanities scientists
2119 Natural and social science professionals not elsewhere classified
2150 Research and development managers
2311 Higher education teaching professionals

I have a Masters degree but have the 2nd job on the list.

You don't need to have that actual qualification. It is for your employer to assess your personal qualifications....
