Processing time UK general visitor visa

Hi,
My parents applied for UK general visitor visa on 4th July, 2013. Almost 20 working days over, but still the same message is shown as status that application has been forwarded to British High Commission. They applied from Kolkata. Is there anyone else facing the similar problem? Or can anyone help me if there is any way to get any update for the same?

Is there anyone facing problem for the visa processing time applied from Kolkata,India? Just wanted to know if currently visa processing is taking time for all, or only for few of the cases?
