Hi
Please post your appeal results whether you won the appeal or not and your experiences over the appeal.

Coming to me applied on Feb 15 under PSW route along with team member and dependent

Docs provided
- UK bank statement showing 50K which is joint account
- Current appointsments Report , Advertisements , Contract and Masters certificates ,Website copies.

Rejected on April 24th saying no landline number and contact address in the contract and you doesn't seem to be geniune enterpreneur. Appealed on may 1st appeal date is on NOVEMBER 12 in Hatton cross...

so please share your appeal results and experiences so it can be helpful to others ...... -

Hi my and my team member visa refused on the basis of also no providing landline number in the service contract. My hearing date is 24th September and my team member on 16th September.
