Post by rajjuma » Wed Jul 31, 2013 9:28 pm

hello, is anyone can help me regarding this visa, my sis is in psw visa. so,we are wondering the process for this visa. we went through its guidance and seems nothing serious document we need to provide. but, still why home office refusing lot of Entrepreneur application.

can any one help what kind of business we can do, we are planning to do import export of fashion clothing in uk, it is totally different from my graduation degree, I have done my MBA in human resource from uk. does it makes any different to choose a job title?? or if anyone knows any agency or solicitor in london for this case please, reply me thanks.

Read carefully the guidance. List all required document, check everything you can supply (more than required) and do remember every document submitted need to be matched with UKBA requirement. Then one more thing important that prepare your self for.....appeal. No one understand your case better than you, so you are ready for submission and also ready for appealing as to protect your rights. While waiting, active in your business. We have lost time and chances as depressed waiting which I think it not good. You need to be optimism...
