Hi All,
I am in Tier 2 visa past 7 months, i would like to change my employer. i am getting calls for interview. how i change from current employer. Is there any letter (no objection letter) need to get from my current employer? and one more thing my wife is in dependent visa at the minute. If i changed the new employer means Whether i need to change my wife visa. She is also applying jobs. Please help me out. its really stressing me....!

I would appreciate if you reply back.

your new prospective employer needs to issue u a new COS and u need to apply a new visa just like u did before, for both, ur wife and ur self.
Ur previous visa will be cancelled. u do not need any NOC from current employer.

Hi,
I am applying some jobs at the minute, I have a one doubt. If I my new employer need to carry out a resident labour market test or they can change straight away with out taking RLMT.

Please help me out.....!
