Hi Guys, I am about to submit my EEA2 Application but I am going to try my luck as I cant find all the documents they require for EEA4 so going to use this as my cover letter. What do you think the chances are of me getting PR, and do you think they will just go straight to EEA2 App. I am not completing EEA4 but rather the EEA2 - Or would you do it different and send less documents?

RE: EEA4 OR EEA2 APPLICATION (URGENT)
To Whom It May Concern:
Firstly thank you for dealing with my case. I have already been through this process and have received a Residence Card previously which is due to expire in October 2013. I will try my very best to simplify the application and explain my documentation and situation as best as I can to help speed up the process of my application as I have just recently got engaged in May 2013 to Miss X and we are looking to take a trip to South Africa from the 1st December 2013 – 28th December 2013 to plan for our Wedding early in 2014. I understand there are time scales and things can only go according to priority but if it’s possible to conclude my case before this date allowing me to travel home I would be very grateful.
VERY NB: I have completed this process before and have provided endless amounts of documents previously. I have been with and lived with my partner for over 7 years as you can see from the proof provided so I would like to request that my application be considered for a PR with the EEA4 and I would like a decision based on the provided documents only due to timescales and that you should already hold previous documents proving XXX has been exercising treaty rights. I have not completed the EEA4 application due to the information being very similar and wanted to avoid duplication. Should these documents not suffice to support the EEA4 App then please consider my application as an EEA2 process which will suffice as it has previously. Due to timescales I would appreciate if you could inform me by letter, phone call or email to inform me of which process my application with follow.
